    Welcome to With Curry Leaf

    Namaskaram,

My name is Jubiee. I am a full time mother and a part time nurse. My husband is Ben and my little one, Alex, who is a one year old. I love cooking and enjoy trying traditional and exploring new Indian recipes.  As a mother I don't have much time to cook so I try to make my meals simple yet tasty.

I wanted to start this blog to help other mothers or just anyone that is interested in cooking fun and simple meals. I mostly cook South Indian dishes but you can also expect a variety.  I named my blog "With Curry Leaf" because a curry leaf is used as a seasoning in many South Indian dishes. Although its added in all curries for flavor yet not eaten, I also want to share encouragement and flavor to your life like a curry leaf!

Please do leave comments and suggestions.

    Thanks for visiting!

    Love,

    Jubiee
