Ingredients
Methi(fenugreek) leaves - 3 cups
Chickpea flour - 4 cups
Green chili - 4
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp
Water
Oil
- Mix roughly cut methi leaves, chickpeas flour, coriander pwder, chili powder,turmeric, garam masala, salt and sugar
- Add in diced green chili
- Add water to the mix and make a batter
- Heat oil in a pan and add in small amounts of batter with a small spoon or with hand
- Fry both sides for 2-3 mins until the inside cooks
- Serve hot with ketchup, yogurt or chutney of your choice!
