Ingredients
Water- 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cardamom - 1
Ginger - size of a cardamom
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Tea leaves - 1/2 teaspoon
Strainer
- In a saucepan add water, milk and sugar
- Crush ginger, cardamom and add to the pan
- When the milk boils, add tea leaves and turn heat off
- Strain after 2 mins
- Enjoy with a snack!
Tip: This recipe is for one cup of chai only. Try using 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of brown sugar instead of regular sugar.
