Ingredients
Potato - 1(medium)
Spinach - 2 hands full
Onion - 1 tbsp(diced)
Garlic - 1 clove
Mustard seeds
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil - 1 tsp
Salt
- In a pan add oil and add mustard seeds when the oil heats up
- Add in diced onion, garlic and saute'
- Add cumin powder
- Add potatoes cut in small cubes and some water
- Turn the heat down and let the potato cubes cook
- Add in cut spinach and add salt
- Cover and let cook
- Serve with rice or roti
